Our goal is to develop you a customized plan to make sure your needs are being met in the wedding planning process. This plan includes a simple flat fee, starting at only $3,200.00, rather than a percentage of the cost of the wedding, in order to deliver you the exceptional and quality service you desire and that those of us at Signature Events are known for. Together with our extensive expertise, experience, and talented pool of associates, you are sure to have that dream wedding.

  • Initial consultation to become acquainted with the bride and groom; discover their taste and style to ensure their wedding reflects individuality down to every last detail.
  • Develop overall theme and style of the wedding and reception. Research the latest trends and provide design advice.
  • Provide etiquette advice.
  • Provide client with a customized list of preferred vendors who have their date available; Assist with vendor contracts.
  • Schedule and attend all vendor appointments; assist in negotiating vendor contracts.
  • Serve as point of contract for all vendors during the entire planning process.
  • Create timeline/itineraries for the wedding and reception. Distribute to vendors, bridal party, etc.
  • Attend and direct rehearsal.
  • Plan and coordinate rehearsal dinner.
  • Our team to coordinate entire wedding day in order that each part of the wedding and reception are seamless.
